Has anyone restricted themselves before? Is there an app maybe to cutoff your time online on an iPhone?

I don't use my phone at the table and try not to around my son too much. My husband is constantly on his phone and I tried to show him a shot of our usage, my 1.4 to his 13.7 and said hey- this is our usage outside of wifi, our bill is going to be crazy since we share 10gb and the cycle isn't over yet. His response was just "what do you want me to do about it?" Umm put down the phone?

But - mini rant aside, I would like to limit myself to maybe 2 hours a day? Because when I've brought up his phone usage his response was " you do it too" and I want to keep myself in check. Somedays I think I want to just go back to regular freaking non smart phone.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
