For those interested in the above picture: 1 large sweet potato, diced; 1/2 a large onion, diced; 3 cloves garlic, diced. Toss in a frying pan with either olive oil or bacon grease until well coated, sprinkle with salt, pepper, cayenne, and marjoram, then cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until veggies are fork-tender.
