I'm a little bit drunk. I'm enjoying some wine and House of Cards. I have work tomorrow, yay! I work freelance again so this is welcome monies. To the point! I hate watching Buzzfeed videos and I suspect a lot of other people do as well so I want to talk about 15 Sriracha Facts from Buzzfeed so you don't have to watch!

I also just ate some pierogies with shrimps and broccoli. I literally threw everything into a pan, frozen, with butter, garlic and freshly cracked black pepper and just let it simmer down into deliciousness. Except the shrimps. They were frozen but I had to defrost to peel them. That's why they were cheap. I should probably eat fresh pierogies but I got them from Costco for cheap and they were good.

TO THE FACTS ABOUT SRIRACHA

Coupla Things: Pierogies and Sriracha

1. There are no artificial colors.

2. They use lotsa red jalapeños.

3. Their factory is in Irwindale, California. You can tour for free! (But apparently it smells really weird because they had to shut it down for awhile because the local residents were complaining about the smell. I got that from local radio, not this Buzzfeed video).

4. The name comes from a small coastal town in Thailand called Si Racha.

5. There's garlic in it.

6. Astronauts like it.

That's not fifteen but the other facts are kinda boring.

Buzzfeed says it goes great on everything but I hate sriracha because it's too spicy.

YEAH I SAID IT. COME AT ME BRO.
