Help GT! My foot hurts when I walk. The more I walk, the more it hurts and the pain starts shooting upwards. And I'm not talking a lot of walking. Like maybe a minute of walking with a flight of stairs. The pain starts in the inside arch-middle area (that's a medical term).
Should I wrap a tensor bandage around it? I can't go to the doctor because I can't walk and I suspect it would be very painful if I attempted it. Also, I'm a hermit and I haven't left my house in months.
So yeah. I'm just looking for some short term, immediate type pain minimizing things.
ETA: It appears to be planter faecalis. Thankfully I'm a prostar at standing on my toes because of a cancelled tap routine in high school. Thanks everyone for the tips!!
