If you have an issue with Kinja, here's his preference for reporting to their team:
- Email Form on help.gawker.com
- Email to address email@example.com
- "Kinja Help" tag (with space in there!)
- Kinja Help Twitter
Also, it pays to follow Kinja Status as well so give that consideration.
If you are experiencing an issue, it would still make sense to post to GroupThink to confirm that others are experiencing the issue and try to diagnose it before going straight to gawker help or the Kinja Help tag. Sometimes other users might have fixes or workarounds for existing issues.
