I wish I could give more details, but I don't want to violate my client's privacy... but I filed a motion to dismiss a BS medical board complaint against one of my doctors. In their response, the medical board admitted that the complaint was based upon documents which they'd never seen... because they don't actually exist. So my client has spent a bunch of money defending himself against improper charges based upon non-existent documents. I am appalled. This is in a state where physicians who commit serious malpractice that kills people are given fines of $1200, a reprimand, and the requirement to take 2 continuing medical education classes.
