Talk to me about holiday movies!

First: would anyone else have fun with a Best Holiday* Movie bracket tournament? Assuming some people say yes, help me choose movies! Either I need 9 more or I need to cut 7 movies. Here's what I have so far (based on my childhood and assorted internet sources), in no particular order:

  1. The Muppet Christmas Carol
  2. Elf
  3. How the Grinch Stole Christmas (Animated)
  4. How the Grinch Stole Christmas (Live-Action)
  5. Miracle on 34th Street
  6. It's a Wonderful Life
  7. The Holiday
  8. Love Actually
  9. A Christmas Story
  10. Scrooged
  11. The Santa Clause
  12. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
  13. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
  14. Frosty the Snowman
  15. A Charlie Brown Christmas
  16. White Christmas
  17. Nightmare Before Christmas
  18. Olive the Other Reindeer
  19. Home Alone
  20. Muppet Family Christmas
  21. Die Hard
  22. Bad Santa
  23. Polar Express

Help me out here! I want good movies and bad movies, but they do need to be seasonally-appropriate. (Which is to say that even if you watch The Matrix every Christmas, it doesn't count. Unless everyone is watching The Matrix at Christmas, in which case I'm out of the loop.) Unless I'm desperate, all comments require at least two stars for your movie to be considered. I'll repost this later in the day if necessary.

*Which may just be a Christmas Movie tournament, because the only non-Christmas holiday movie I can think of is Eight Crazy Nights, which I refuse to include on the basis that a) I hate Adam Sandler and b) it's fucking stupid. I'm still on the fence as to whether or not New Year's movies count, though this category may consist entirely of Rudolph's Shiny New Year and the Love Actually-knockoff New Year's Eve.
