So apparently PepsiCo just lost a class action lawsuit because they called Naked Juice "organic" but used GMO soy or non-certified organic soy. Now, companies shouldn't get to intentionally mislead people, and I agree with the verdict and all, but all I'm getting on my newsfeed is "If you thought you were eating healthy by drinking Naked juice, you're wrong!"

So my question is: does the actual nutritional content change if the soy that is used is not certified organic?

ETA: The lovely LaComtesse has let me know that this article may be total bullshit - apparently the lawsuit was about Pepsi taking over in 2007 and using non-natural food coloring.
