This article is about an interesting concept but the author seems pretty rigid. Of course there is distribution of labor with children but there should be fluidness because each parent is going to have different responsibilities in the different phases of the kid's life. It seems very tit for tat for me and while it is trying to negate resentment, it seems like it would breed it instead. Also, if you aren't 100 percent confident that your partner will be helpful, why have a child with him? What if you have a special needs child and the work load is 100 percent more....
