My husband has an associate over to fill out some last minute paperwork. The house was clean, and I made sure to be a good hostess and offer a beverage, even though he was only going to be here less than 10 minutes.

He's managed to insult us about our dog, and now the artwork I painted and hung on the wall.

Not cool, man. NOT COOL.

We have a 6lb papillon (who some of you have seen in pictures already, the infamous Nugget), and he had the gall to be all like "why do you have a small dog? Big dogs are better. You guys have a big house. A small dog? Really?"

And then he noticed a Doctor Who painting I did, which my husband hung above the TV (it's very non-fandom, and if you don't know the reference, it just looks like a funky art piece with wording on it). And then made a sarcastic comment about it.

I wanted to say something SO BADLY, but this was a work associate of my husband's and I didn't want to cause trouble.

SERIOUSLY WHO WALKS INTO ANOTHER PERSON'S HOME AND INSULTS THEM, TWICE?

UGHHHHHHH.

I hope he never comes back here, ever again.
