I ate my lunch early so i can check out the fitness center we have on campus. My idea is that i can eat my lunch in between calls and use my actual hour break to drive over to the gym and get in a 25-30 minute workout. I don't want to get to sweaty because i doubt i'll have time to shower and get dressed and back to the office in an hour. It's also a small workspace. Anyone else try to work out when at work and what has the experience been like?
