The notion that dissent or critique of other women is anathema to feminism is silly. But it's something that's gained traction in recent years as people have collectively decided thatall criticism is mean, and that being mean is morally inferior to being nice. To be nice, then, would involve withholding all criticism.
They think people criticized Jez's bullshit stunt because they think everyone in feminism has to agree?! NO HONEY. It's because your stunt was fatphobic and body shaming. I don't even like Lena Dunham, but she is on the right side of this.
Jez, I loved you, but this is Olympic levels of mental gymnastics at this point.
