I'm having people over for dinner tomorrow. I made eggplant parm... popped it in the refrigerator to be baked tomorrow. I am now super anxious because I'm worried it will not be good. I want it to be delicious. What if it is mediocre? Sigh. This is what I get for making something I haven't done before for a group of people. I've made so many lasagnas and other baked pastas I thought this would be exactly the same.

Anyway. I'll just get everybody drunk first. Then no one will know the difference, right?
