Here, contamination worriers, I fix for you!

This is what you do. I post this in GT because I don't have effort for the new commenting system on Jez. Also, because my husband does not totally understand this system although it is awesome.

Get different colored plastic cutting boards. My system? Yellow for chicken, pink for pork and the third for whatever. Only cut those things on THOSE BOARDS. Dishwasher them (I blast them with hot water before hand as well). Use the fancy cutting board for veggies, herbs, bread, whatever.
