Montreal woman in desperate need of Vietnamese stem cell donor!

Mai Duong is an incredibly brave Montrealer battling leukemia. She needs a stem cell donor in order to survive, but has had difficulty finding a match due to the lack of Asian stem cell donors in Quebec and worldwide.

From the Montreal Gazette:

Duong's friends say the need to find a donor remains urgent. "She desperately needs the transplant. There's no other way," Rochon said. "They can wait a few weeks for a very good donor, but this can't wait until Christmas."
