So my firm started one of those "wellness" programs about four months back. I never signed up because I'm fairly healthy and those things always seem really stupid. They did a blood screening and I didn't join in because a) I hate needles and b) I'd recently had a physical so I didn't need one.

So this morning I go into a co-associate's office and he sees my garmin. And he's like, you've connected that to the wellness program, right? And I'm like, no, I haven't signed up. I thought it seemed kind of silly.

Come to find out!!! He's earned like $500 in amazon gift cards through the program so far. And the blood screening alone got him $75. WTF. I should really pay attention to these things.

So now I'm signing up.
