Coriolanus reviewS

My take on it? FUCKING AWESOME. I can't imagine what being in the actual theatre would have been like. I missed some of the Shakespearean, but nothing critical. Thanks Menenius for speaking that little bit slower - it helps!

Violent, sad, funny, and thoughtful. And still relevant.

Go see it.

PS - I'm writing this because I'm still high on coffee. I'll be awake for a while. I've never really "got" theatre or the arts, always been a science geek, but after this and Frankenstein I may be a convert. It's one thing to see someone on screen after being directed and produced and CGI-ed and reshot; it's another to see something close to being raw. I say close, I don't know how much editing was done for NTLive.
